Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so only the store can stop them. On an iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Baby Tracker by Settle → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Baby Tracker by Settle → Cancel subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid through, Apple or Google, under its own policy.
Your account & data
How do I take a copy of my data?
Open Household → Export my data in the app to download your full history as a spreadsheet file, or Download all my photos to get an archive of your keepsakes. Exporting is free, even if you stop subscribing.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Household tab and tap Delete my account, or email us from the address you signed in with. Our account deletion page explains both ways and exactly what is deleted.
What data do you collect?
Only what’s needed to run the app, plus usage statistics and crash reports if you allow them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
